If you've ensured that you're looking at the correct account, can you please let me know if you can find any sign of them on our website? 

Specifically, you can check your homepage, the deleted files page and the events page as well. 

Let me know what you find!

Thank you so very much for replying. My deleted files folder is empty and I cannot locate the events page. I’m not 100% sure if I have another account because such a long time has passed since I set up my Dropbox account. Is there a way to check? I created my account when Dropbox was free. Could this be a reason why I now can’t access my videos? Again, many thanks for your reply.

I FOUND THEM!! Yes. I had another account. THANK YOU SO MUCH everyone at Dropbox.
