Hi - I discovered today that I accidentally deleted an entire folder over 30 days ago. I've read the Rewind FAQ multiple times and I still am not 100% clear: If I upgrade to an account with Rewind (Plus? or Business?), will I be able to recover that folder if it's been more than 30 days since it's been deleted? If I upgrade to Business will I be able to recover that folder?
I understand your concern about the missing files. If you upgrade to a paid plan, it isn't retroactive, so you won't be able to recover files already deleted outside of 30 days.
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. If the missing files can't be recovered from the site, it might still be possible to restore the files from the local machine from the recycle bin, or using a third party app or service to do so.
