Having trouble trying to access files

Hi there,

I hope you can help, I am trying to access a zip file from a online community that I am a part of but every time I click on the file to open it the following appears "zip. files can't be previewed from a archived file." Others within the community are able to access the files, it just seems to be me having this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Kaymer, thanks for reaching out to us!

If you're attempting to access a .zip file from your Dropbox account via the website, download it to your computer and try again. That should do the trick.  

If you're still having trouble, could you clarify what you mean when you mention that .zip file is on an online community? Could it be a shared folder?
