I finally agreed to allow my computer to update MS edge, and suddenly it kicked me out of Dropbox. When I logged back in, all my files are gone. I chose the free version. If I upgrade will they give me my files back? It's all my work for the last few years.
Hey there peeps, sorry to hear about this!
Could you please clarify for me @ElenaEscalera, are you referring to updating the browser version and being signed out of the website?
Is it possible that you may have created a new Dropbox account? When was the last time that you accessed your account and saw your files?
Can you let me know @Kosaimdy, have you tried out these steps to locate/restore any missing files?
Do you see any deletion actions in your events page here?
Let me know what you both find and we'll go from there - thanks!
