Ok thank you. take a long time (sometimes days) before it will show up on the other device? Please advise?

Hi @NanaBridget, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

It depends on how fast the bandwidth is from your ISP, and the limits set on the desktop app.

 

It can also be related to how large the files are to take time to sync.
