I need to speak with someone if possible on the phone. How do I do this? My drop box is saying full, I am not interested in upgrading at this point in time. I have deleted the files that I don't need, however when I go into shared files it is over the limit. Does this mean the person that is sharing the files needs to delete or not share all of them with me? This is very frusturating, if anyone can help that would be great. Idealy talking on the phone is easier but unable to find a contact phone number anywhere.

Files that are shared with you are counted as part of your allowance.
You can leave a shared folder like this: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/leave-shared-folder
