I tried to share a folder to other people but getting 'hit the limit of invites you can send per day. Try in 24 hours.' error message however I have not been sharing folders for the past 24 hours.

Since you've been getting this message even without sharing the last 24 hours, I'd suggest contacting our support team to have a further look into this.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any account and use fill this form with as much information about the issue you've experiencing as possible and an email address we can reach you.
