How Can I Download 4 TB of huge Zip Folders?

New member | Level 2

Hello everyone!

I want to save 4TB of zip folders and files to my harddrive. Simply downloading them does not work, since they exceed the 20 GB limit.

Will Smart Sync help me here?

It has been syncing all day but I am not sure if any progress was made.

How can I track progress?

Thank you very much!

Hello @IHaveAQuestion, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

Enabling your files to download on your computer with Smart Sync will help them download faster. However, keep in mind that the content of the files won't be fully downloaded until you need it. Only information about the file, such as the file name, location, and date the file was updated, is downloaded.

That being said, you can check and change your Smart Sync settings by following these steps.

Give it a go, and let me know if it helps. Cheers!
