I have a folder with files I always want to save:

However, the operating system purges this folder with regular intervals.
The question is - can I have some sort of "positive sync only" - where only additions, not deletions are synced up to cloud?
Theres no harm if deleted files "return" to this folder. All file names are always unique so no risk of duplicates, even if you always keep old files.

Currently, any file you add to your Dropbox folder syncs to your account, unless you've set it to be ignored.
From what I understand, the files you're trying to add are temporary files, which is why they're deleted from the system.
Putting them in the Dropbox folder won't cause a difference in behavior.
