How can I access and download my photos in Dropbox?

Explorer | Level 3

I've never accessed my photos in drop box and don't know how. I need to especially view photos from November 2019 through February 2020 and be able to download. Help, please. Thank you

Re: Pictures

Dropboxer

Hi @DuncanLB, I hope you're having a good day so far!

If you sign into your Dropbox account online, can you find your photos from checking in your "All Files" page?

Also, how did you upload the files to your Dropbox account? Did you perhaps use the camera uploads feature?

Let me know and we can go from there!

I do know that I paid drop box sometime last year to extend the service. I thought the pictures I took from my phone were automatically uploaded. I do not file "all files" for me to look in. I think I need more help. thank you

Thanks for getting back to me here @DuncanLB!

If you have the app installed on your phone, you can check the "Photos" tab for the images, to see if they are there.

You can also check all your files and folders in your Dropbox account from this page when signed in online: www.dropbox.com/home

If you were using the camera uploads to automatically upload the photos to your account, you would have a folder called "Camera uploads" in the page linked above.

Keep me posted with your findings!
