How can I remove ransomware from my Dropbox account and restore access to my -now encrypted- files?

Pls help on ways to remove BOPADOR virus from my account. I could not access any file in my dropbox account.

I was hit by the BOPADOR ransomware.How can I restore my files?

Pls, help with ways to remove the BOPADOR virus from my account. I could not access any file in my dropbox account. The files are intact but I was unable to open them. I will appreciate anything I could do to recover the files.

As your new post echoes your original post from back in December, I moved it here to keep things neat around the Community.

As mentioned, those cases can be handled by our Restorations team so I'd suggest that you logged a ticket with our team and ask for assistance with this directly.
