Hi @Snatch; welcome to our Community!

If you are an admin on a Dropbox for Business Teams account on the Advanced or the Enterprise plan, you'll be able to see file level activity by checking your team's activity

From there, you'll be able to filter your activity log (and report) based on the activity you'd like to search for (downloads in this case which would fall under the 'File Operations' as shown in the screenshot below) by using the relevant fields.

This is how it looks like:

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you! I have done as you say (and even upgraded to the Advanced plan), but still can't see the downloads of my work team, only the of unknowns who get the external link. Or should I wait for the new billing plan to start and then I'll see?

Such informaiton usually isn't retroactive, so it may only be available from this point forward. Walter can probably confirm whether or not that's the case here.

Hi again @Snatch; how are you today?

I double checked this internally and I'm afraid that @Rich is spot on as this information won't be available to you retrospectively, only moving forward.

This means that you'll get the logs for file-level activities from the date you upgraded to the Advanced plan and onwards.

I hope this is helpful to you and see you around the Community!
