How can I sign on my two Basic accounts at the same time?

New member | Level 2

I have two basic accounts.  I want to keep them separate and not linked.  I have tried but do not know where to see both or switch between the two.  Right now, I have unlinked one account and reinstalled dropbox under the other account to see it.  There is not a place to see this in preferences.  Another way, how do I add both accounts so that I can see them? Thank you.

Re: Multiple accounts

Hi @Curley81, thanks for posting your question on the Dropbox Community.

Generally, you can link two accounts if one is personal (Basic/Plus/Professional) and the other is a work (Business) account.

Since you mention that you have two Basic accounts, you can sign in to the desktop app with the account that you want to have immediate access to, and log in to the other one using the website.

There's also some more information on managing multiple account in this article

Check it out and let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!
