I have a lot of files I no longer need and want to get rid of them. I can't find any commands or links called "mark" and "delete". I also want to copy some others back to my computer but don't how to proceeed.

Log in your Dropbox account at dropbox.com/home, then select the Delete option. The Delete option is here (If your network is unstable, the all the options including Delete option will be gone):
As for copy folders to the computer, just go to Dropbox folder in your computer, and then copy it outside of Dropbox Folder, and delete these folders in Dropbox folder. That's all.
