How do I find a restoration link????

I am having trouble rewinding a folder an in order to submit a support request I need a restoration link. All links provided by Dropbox supposed to lead to pages describing how to find a restoration link do not work. It seems I am not the only one having this problem and it is extremely annoying. Has someone figured this out?

I'm sorry to hear about this. The links you're looking for can be found on the events page.

When you click an event, you'll get the link you're looking for which you can add on the support request.

Hi,

I changed the ownership of a shared file. In the vents page I can see "You removed your access to the shared folder Office.Naftali" but no link.

As I changed the ownership back I understand the folder was created as new. so bottom line I don't have a link and so I can't complete the support email form.

Since you're access has been removed for this file, either by yourself or the owner, you won't be able to restore the file to your account.

You would need to reach out to the current owner of the file and ask them to reshare this with you.
