We need to be able to add a timestamp when a file is Saved or Modified. Is there a setting in Dropbox that enables this for all files?

Thanks for getting back to me, @BobMan.
Although this isn't an option with the Dropbox app or the website, you may be able to find a third party app that helps you achieve this by looking through the web.
You can also suggest this in our Share an idea section, where other users who have this interest in common can comment and upvote.
Hope this helps to some extent!
