How long does Dropbox Rewind take?

Hello!

 

Two days ago a member of our team accidentally deleted most of the shared folders in our Business account. Therefore we are now using Dropbox Rewind to rewind back to the day before this happened.

 

However, it seems to be taking awefully long, even for a relatively small folder. We work a lot with large numbers of large files. How long does it usually take to Rewind? And can I close the Dropbox web-interface when it is still rewinding?

It should be quite quick - although it sometimes fails if over 10,000 files. 

 

To me it sounds like its failed. I'd say try it again and if it still fails log a ticket with support for help via www.dropbox.com/support and then track at http://dropbox.zendesk.com
