How to delete duplicate folder from personal folder

New member | Level 2
New member | Level 2

One of our team appears to have created a duplicate copy of our main share folder within their personal folder area. With the option to keep everything on their computer it has filled the hard drive with 2 copies of everything.

We believe that both areas are being updated when a file is modified, so I'm not sure how to delete the duplicate in the personal folder, without affecting the shared folder.

Any thoughts on how to proceed?

Hi @Laurasadmin.

Thanks for posting your question to our Community!

I understand you are on a Business team. The two folders cannot be syncing. They are two different folders and you can feel free to delete the content of this members purple folder. This will not affect the other shared folder you all have in your team shared workspace.

Ping me for more questions. Thank you!
