Making a file link anyone can open.... the one I generated requires someone to login to Dropbox.

Hi @Juliemuela,

🤔🤔🤔 Every one link, if not specially protected, could be open by anyone has received it. Even when protected, the access to a link doesn't require Dropbox account. If I have to bet you mix file share with file link. 😉 Take a look here and make a note on:

File sharing with Dropbox is quick and simple. By just sharing a link, you can send anything – from photos and videos to zipped folders and large CAD files – with anyone, even if they don’t have a Dropbox account.

Hope this clarify the matter.
