How to notify people automatically when new file

Hello,

I have a shared folder with someone. I would like that when I create a new fil this person is automatically notified, but I can't see how I should do this.

Any idea ?

Generally, notifications are specific to each users' account, so some could enable or disable notifications in the Dropbox desktop application or the site itself.

Currently, there isn't a method to force someone to be notified of new files being added to a shared folder if they have disabled it on their end.
