Can you let me know if you've reinstalled the app after reinstalling your computer's OS and if you did, what is it reporting within your system tray?
Also, can you take a look at the app's preferences to see if there's an option to manage your backups from there?
In the meantime, you could also download the backup of your folders from our website as well.
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there, anyhow.
