How to rewind data that crush because ransomware

How to rewind data that crush because ransomware

Hello, I have a serious problem with my computer.

My data in Dropbox folder has been attacked by a ransomware. I cannot open all my data and not possible to decrypt. I've already tried "Older versions". But it's none because all my data hasn't been update on 30 days (I have free version of Dropbox). Is there any way I can get my files back? If I upgrade my Dropbox, can I get my back files?

I sincerely hope you can help, since I have a lot of important documents on my Dropbox.
Thank you

Have you tried following https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/security/viruses-malware ?

If its been over 30 days since you got the virus (i.e. the files were changed over 30 days ago) then no, I'm afraid they cannot be recovered via Dropbox - even if you now pay.
