How to share folders without download to desktop ?

Hello everyone, this is my first time to use Dropbox. I have a little question about how to use it.

I want to edie some shared folder on the website, because of the capacity of the two folders is greater than 2GB.

 when i want to edie, it shows prompt message , it told me need to download the floders to my desktop dropbox.

How can I solve this problem? 

Can't I just edie it on the website?

Hi @Nona_tw, thanks for posting today!

If the shared folders are greater than the size of the Dropbox account quota, then it won't be possible to add the folders to the account.

You can ask the owner of the folders to create a shared link to the folders, so that you can view and download the files from the site.

While edits can't be made via shared links, if they create a file request, you can upload any changes to them.
