Hi @YEOMAN EDDIE; welcome aboard and happy Monday!

 

If you've installed the desktop app with admin privileges on your machine(s) and you're on a plan that offers it, Smart Sync should be working normally. 

 

Can you see if you get an option to enable it through the app's preferences

 

If you did already, could you perhaps check the Sync tab in the app's preferences and let me know what options are you getting?

 

On a side note, you'll also need to enable the Dropbox system extension for the Smart Sync functions.
