I am unable to view shared files / folders in dropbox

I am unable to view shared files / folders in dropbox

New member | Level 2

I have recently been added to a company dropbox,

 

Other members of the team can see that I am in the dropbox, however, I am unable to see any of the files or folders, If anyone knows anything this could potentially be I am open to all suggestions as I am relatively new to dropbox.

Hey there @Benn784Cud, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

When you mentioned that the others could see that you're in the Dropbox, are you referring to them seeing the folders are shared with you?

 

If you check in your sharing tab here, do you see the shared folders there?

 

Also, just to clarify, can you confirm for me if you were added as a member of the Business team, or if just the folders that you need to use were shared with you? Does your Plan page show you're on a Business plan?

 

Let me know what you find any we'll take it from there!
