I can find my documents but they are only names with no content

I can find my documents but when I open them there is no content

Please help

Can you tell me a bit more about this? 

 

  • Where are you looking at your documents? Online, through an internet browser, or in your computer’s Dropbox folder? 

  • When was the last time you accessed these documents? 

If you can send me a screenshot or two (without any personal/private info showing), please include them in your reply.
