I can not open a ticket

I can not open a ticket

I have an open ticket (12320604) however I can not open it. I have the same issue on my mobile (android) and on my lap top (windows)

If I do not respond the ticket will mark as solved, closed. 

Any ideas of how to open it or is it Dropbox way to get out of resolving the search issue that does not work after the update?

Hey @Plsdeluno, thanks for posting.

From what I can see, your ticket has been escalated to a Dropbox Support specialized team and the reply you sent last is included in the ticket, so you should be able to reply back again.

I have also notified the specialized agent you are in contact with, and you should get a reply from them the soonest possible.

I can reply to them through my email but if I click on the box to open the ticket then nothing happens. Thank you

I see, thanks for updating me on this!

There's no need to worry, though. Your ticket is and will still remain open, as long as you reply to it (even from your email).
