I can not share contents of my folders from dropbox

Explorer | Level 3

I have been trying to share files to my supervisor but failed to do it! the folders are being shown whereas he can not see the content. I am using drpbox plus.

Hi @hafsapial - welcome to our Community!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with sharing. Let's have a look into this now. 

For starters, can you please clarify if you're referring to folders or individual files?

Also, do you see the content you mentioned on our website

If you do, can your supervisor navigate to the website as well and see if they can see the files in question?

If you get any specific errors, please send me a screenshot so I can have a visual too.

Hi Walter,

Thanks for replying. I have contact Dropbox already regarding this issue. My account was locked, although I paid for Dropbox plus. May be it was because I was in Dropbox business trial before purchasing  Plus. I am hoping that this issue will be solved soon.
