I can't add any files to their account because they are added on my account?

I have a basic drop box account. A company has sent me a link to their drop box to add photos to. Every time I go to add the photos by selecting their link they have emailed me it takes me to my drop box and not theirs and I am unable to transfer the photos. I keep getting a report that I do not have enough space. How do I fix this

Hi @shrtnsassy72, thanks for joining the Community!

It sounds like you might have joined a shared folder that they invited you to.

Shared folders are added to your account and take up quota, so if your account doesn't have enough to add the folder, then you'll get that message.

Since you need to add files to their account, you could ask them to create a file request which will allow you to upload files directly to their account.

If you need any more details, feel free to message back!
