I can't find a deletion on the events page

Restoring deleted file that and does not show on events to send link.

Hi there, is the file within the recovery time for a restoration? For Basic and Plus plans it’s 30 days, whereas for Professional and Business, it’s 120 days.
 
Could you instead try to restore the file from the deleted files page?

yes but it keeps saying error or timing out.
