I can't find some of my files that should be in my account

I uploaded lots of very important files and videos for a legal case, following the case I decided to chill and haven;t logged in until recently.  Whn I did all the files had gone, and I really need them.  Files uploaded between February 2020 and March 2020.  Accessed September 2020 no files/videos.  HELP

Have you checked your events page and deleted files tab for any additional information about these files?

 

Could you also let me know how you uploaded them? Was it through the desktop app, the website, or the mobile app?
