Re: Dropbox is a new form of Ransomware

I can't move my files out of Dropbox as I'm out of quota. Can I transfer my files without upgrading?

I just want to transfer my files out of dropbox but am prevented from doing so because my storage is "full" and I dont  wish to upgrade my account

Basically being held to ransom by dropbox to buy a service to access my own files

I beleive this type of  business activity is illegal in most countries

How do I transfer my files  off without upgrading

Can't you just manually download one or two of the largest files? And then delete them to free up space to disable the full space restrictions.

I think you're being overly dramatic when you're calling dropbox ransomware. What's next, Netflix is scamming you when auto deduct the subscription fee from your credit card?
