I can't open Google Documents / Sheets / Slides

New member | Level 2

Hello,

I have problems opening any google document stored in my dropbox. When I'm cliking on the file there is a message from Google saying:

"Connect you to continue... You are required to have a Google Account to have access to Docs, Sheets or Slides" (The message is in French so it's a Translation I'm offering you there).

The problem is that I am already connected to my Google Account, the email address I'm using for Dropbox is my gmail adress, I even logged in with the "Google Sign In" Button.

For more precision:

- the google doc I want to open are shared together with another person that have a Dropbox paid account (I have the free version) but I don't really see wy it should be a problem

- I'm using Firefox

- I've allowed all the third-part cookied for Dropbox but it didn't change anything.

I don't know what to do. Does any one have an idea?

Thank you in advance for you help

Hi there @MB04, thanks for reaching out to us here!

If you use an incognito browsing window, do you have the same issue?

What about when using another web browser?

Let me know and we can go from there!
