I can't open Microsoft files on my mobile devices as I'm getting an error.

Im using IOS13.3 AND I STILL cnt see or open word files what the deal?

How are you trying to open your files? Directly from Dropbox, or are you navigating to your Dropbox folder from your Microsoft app? Does your app work OK for files you've created on the device and files you've emailed to yourself?
