My Team have shared several documents with me on Paper dropbox. I get notifications sent to my email and can access them through the email link. However, if I go directly into the website, I can only see about 10 documents in my 'recent folder' but can't find them anywhere else. And as I open a new file, the rest will disappear.

Out of curiosity, when you search for a Paper doc's title, does the relevant result come up?
Have you tried a different browser to see if there's any improvement?

Hi,
Yes i have used different browsers and searched for different papers, but im getting nothing. I have also deleted my account and reset it, and i still dont see any of the shared papers.
Could you send us a screenshot of how your account's homepage looks like @Kyara1?

Out of curiosity, are you able to find your Paper docs via the Files tab?
If you search for their title, do any of them come up as a result?

Can't see them in the files tab, but if I search for a specific paper, it does come up.
