I can't upload a video file to a shared folder. Can you help?

Hello to everyone, I cannot upload a video to a share folder by dragging the video to it. I've tried with safari, firefox and chrome. With the first two, what it happens is that the video stars reproducing on the tab and nothing else happen, with chrome as soon as I drop it in the folder it starts downloading...

Can you please try uploading the file through the 'upload' button when on our website and let me know if you get any error?

 

While at it, can you check if your account's quota under your account's plan tab? Do you have enough quota for this specific upload?
