I wonder if anybody could help me please. My computer runout of storage and i am trying to use a smart sync option online, but i have got only smart sync local option available on the Dropbox app. Where can i find smart synk options to move it from the local to online on dropbox website? or is there any other options available?

What options do you see when right clicking a file in your Dropbox folder? Under Smart Sync, there should be both local and online-only.
Also, are you not able to change the option in the Dropbox desktop application preferences?
If need be, could you attach a screenshot showing me what you're seeing?

If not, try reinstalling the app to see if this helps, and then rebooting the machine.

Can you please send us a screenshot of the options you get in the app's preferences under the 'Sync tab'?
Do you perhaps see an option for Smart Sync?

Could you check if you have the option to opt into using Smart Sync under the General tab?
Did you have the chance to reboot the device since enabling that option?
I can suggest also checking that the system extension isn't being blocked in your device's settings with the steps outlined here.
