Re: Cell Phone Syncing

Hi @AndyCapp2!

The Dropbox mobile app previews the website content - so if you are not seeing the same content on the phone and the laptop, then most likely the laptop is not syncing on its end (and therefore not 'sending' the content to the website, in order for the mobile to preview it).

Check if you see the Dropbox icon on your laptop's menu bar/system tray. If the icon is there, check if the app is 'Up to Date' or 'Syncing' or showing any errors.

If the laptop is up to date, then have a look to confirm that both the desktop app and the mobile app are logged in to the same account

If the icon is not there, you may need to reinstall the desktop app to ensure you have the most up to date version so that it resumes syncing.

Let me know if this helps, thanks!
