To make sure that we cover as much initial troubleshooting, could you:
- Check your events page to see if there's any record of any file activity in your account?
- Go to your Plan tab to see if the additional space was applied?
- Make sure that you're signed in to the account that should contain all these files? You can do this by checking out the General tab to see if you've used the correct email address.
