I have a Dropbox Business team and I'm not receiving the support I need.

I have phoned, chatted, emailed everything you can possibly do and am getting absolutely nowhere but repeatdilty told a tehcnician will get in touch. It has now been 9 days that our BUSINESS folders will not sync meaning we cannot run our business properly and I am repeatidly told someone will be in touch. We pay a premium for DROPBOX BUSINESS and get absolutey no support when your service does not run efficiently. I have also had some incredibly condesending staff, instead of being helpful I keep getting told - nothing we can do a technician will be in touch and the technician that has emailed has NOT listened to the issue AT ALL.

Hello @Visionise, I'm really sorry to hear about this!

Usually when a request is sent to our specialists, it's because our frontline Support isn't able to assist any further with the issue.

I do understand that this is causing you a lot of frustration and I would love to be able to help with this. Apologies for any inconvenience that you've had during this time.

If you'd like to provide me a little info on the issue you're having, I'd be more than happy to help where I can to try and expedite the matter from my side. Any additional info we can provide our specialists will help them in assisting you to resolve the issue.

I've also passed along your comments here to our specialist to keep them in the loop and your complaint and feedback on your experience.
