I have an issue with logging into my second account. Any ideas?

New member | Level 2

I have 2 Dropbox accounts with 2 different log in addresses.  When I log in, I keep being sent to only one account and cannot access the other.  I've tried going to the Dropbox website - same problem.

Hi @carole23; welcome aboard!

 

From the sounds of it, your browser is acting up a tad. Can you please clear its cache and try again?

 

If this didn't help, please try another browser or an incognito window.
