I have dropbox plus but smart sync does not appear on menu

Hi

I have overloaded my computer memory and most of it is old versions of a project i am working on.

now, to continue working and still have backup versions. i would like to use the smart sync feature over selective sync to i can put old versions of the project in an "online only" old versions folder. i tried to verify if i am plus or above and i am. but i still dont see smart sync on the right click menu

anybody know why it happens and how can i fix it? i would like an answer

Hi @etaymarkman,

Sometimes some application settings stay cached. To be sure everything is according your new subscription, unlink and link the application again. Try at least...

Try a reinstall: www.dropbox.com/downloading making sure you are giving it full admin rights

Is "Dropbox system extension" enabled in the dropbox settings (web) ? 

Smartsync won´t be avaible unless this option is ON.
