I joined a team but the team is deleted now. How can I recover my account?

I had an upgraded personal account.  I tried sharing a folder with a coworker, but he didn't know what he was doing and somehow my personal account ended up getting merged into the trial business account he created.  This isn't what was wanted......he ended up going and deleting the account which in turn removed all my files as well.  My entire business was in that folder.  I'm so screwed.  If i try to log into my account now, it says its been deleted.  Dropbox has made it impossible to find a phone number and actually contact someone and their chatbot is next to worthless.  I was paying very good money for this service and I put a lot of faith into this service......i would very much appreciate someone getting ahold of me and helping me fix this.  It wont even let me log into my account to type this question.......i have no idea what to do.  Hoping someone there at dropbox can restore my faith.  [personal information removed as per Community Guidelines] is the addy that i had an account with. please help.

Hello there @zseyhchjxdzhjsdfu, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about this situation. 

 

If the user was the team admin, you can ask them to restore your account back to the team and then convert your account back to a personal one.
