I keep getting a server error when I try to upload my video

New member | Level 2

Unable to Upload Video. Keep getting the same error message: Server error. Many failed attempts. Video is 1.8 gb and I have 4gb available.

Hello there @MaryCT, let's see what we can do here. 

 

Have you tried uploading the video from another browser or using an incognito window?

 

How about after clearing the cache?
