I logged into my account but can't find my files. Can you help me restore them?

Hi, I just logged into drop box to retrieve my files that I saved. I cant find any of them. Whats happening? Please help me recover all my important information and folders.

You can find out what happened by using your Events page. Refer to the following help articles for information on recovering files.

Hi @Kenny8, welcome to the Community! 

Let's see what we can find.

Do you see any relevant deletions in your Deleted Files or Events pages? 

If so, depending on your restoration window you can restore them. 

Alternatively, are you sure you are logged in to the correct account? You can review the email on the account via the Account tab of the settings. 

Lastly, do you have the Dropbox desktop application installed on any of your devices? You can review what email it is linked to with the steps provided here, in case you have made two accounts accidentally.
