Hello. I was able to download the link shared a few days ago. Now I am seeing a 404 error. My friends are able to see the shared link and files in it and only I am not able to see. I was able to see a few days before. What should I do ?
Hi @Mashal , thanks for joining the Community!
If you're getting this 404 error on a shared link, then it means that the owner has deleted the file, deleted the link, or moved it to another location in their account which doesn’t allow access.
If your colleagues can still view it, then maybe they’re part of a team which allows access to the link, or it's in a shared folder they can view.
I’d recommend contacting the owner of the link to see if they can create a new link.
If I’m misunderstanding something, please let me know!

Thanks for posting @Ranr1072!
Please take a look at Jay's post here for the reasons a file could be showing a 404 error.
Now, for the other error you mentioned, can you send me a screenshot of this?
Cheers!
