I'm getting a "Network error" when downloading folders, why is that?

I'm getting a "Network error" when downloading folders, why is that?

i cant download any folders, very time it hits 50% in the download it say "network error" (im conected by LAN) i checked the internet, but its not the problem, and i dont know what to do

Hello there @mfrancovich01, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

Can you try the following to see if there's any difference in downloading?

  • Clear your browser's cache
  • Use an incognito/private browsing window
  • Use another web browser

If you're still having trouble with the same error, please let me know which browser you're using as your default and the version you have installed.

I have the same problem here... 
I want download the folder and send me that message, and i apply the "tip" of Dafne, you can resolve your problem? T-T

Can you try connecting to a different WiFi network and let me know if there's any difference then?

 

If you're still having issues with this, please let me know which web browser you're using and what version you have installed.
