I try to open a Word document from dropbox and get "unspecified error" message. How do I open file?

Hey there @WmLee, I hope you're well today!

Can you try right clicking the file on your computer and choosing "Smart Sync - Local", can you open the file then?

You'll need to allow the file to sync to your computer and show a green tick  before trying to open the file again.

Let me know how it goes!
