I'm having issues switching between accounts and sharing a folder.

I am a Virtual Assistant with access to three different DropBox accounts for three different clients.  I also have a personal DropBox account.  I am having issues trying to logout of one DropBox account and into another.  The system seems to default to the last dropbox I was in, and then I am stuck.

I also have a client who asked me to contact DropBox.  She set up a Folder for a new client and that client received a "size limit" error.  She is wondering if she just needs to create another Shared Folder and if her account is limited to a certain size.

Please point me in the right direction so I can get an answer for my client asap.

Hey @Marie80130, I hope you're well today!

Just so I can have a better understanding of the issue that you're having, can you let me know where you're accessing and trying to sign out of Dropbox from? Eg. the desktop app, mobile app or the website.

For the shared folder, it sounds like the recipient of the folder doesn't have enough space to accept the folder. Most likely, they're using a Basic account with around 2 GB of space.

Does the recipient need to be able to edit the content of the folder, or just view and download it? If they don't need to edit, perhaps the folder can be shared via a link instead.

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there!
