Help! See message below, received when I drug a 6 GB video file to the link. Why does it not allow an upload of more than 2 GB when my account has more than 2GB available?

Hi there @wakrusch, I'd be happy to help.
File request uploads are limited up to 2 GB if they were created someone on a Basic, Plus, or Family plan.
What you can do though is send them a shared link to the file.
That way, they'll be able to download it locally and won't take up space on their account.
